People going in to help, or without knowledge of the context and conditions, often create more work for others and can affect bonds among individuals and within the community. Beautifully said. In the mid 1980s I worked for an NGO that worked internationally to set up medical and health care programs. They followed these steps. It was a fabulous organization to be involved with.
